Roads Agency Limpopo (RAL) invites applications for the position of Information technology Intern within the Corporate Services Division. Applicants must hold a National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The intern will assist with maintaining and supporting the agency’s IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff across departments
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Assist with installation and configuration of IT systems
• Maintain user accounts and access controls
• Document IT processes and update system manuals
• Support network and server maintenance activities
• Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications

• Matric Certificate
• National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in ICT
• A+/N+ Server Support
• MTA and MCSE will be added advantage
